DenFes 2009 photos and big announcement
I was not able to attend DenFes but a friend did and I asked her to take some photos for me. The following photos were taken by K san for exclusive use on Hibiki. Please do not reshare/reupload/redistribute, etc.
As mentioned in the previous entry, a big announcement was made at DenFes during the public recording.
DGS will be working in collaboration with Yuraku, the producers of Black Thunder, to release Dear Girl Sunder!! (In Japanese, “thunder” is written in katakana as サンダー/sanda-.) That’s right, DGS is going to the general public! Flavors such as durian, wkas, and hatsukoi (first love) were suggested by the audience. There was also a discussion about possible catch phrases for the product.
And there you have it, the big announcement. This really is quite huge. so it’s no wonder HiroC and OnoD were even surprised themselves. Once again, this was brought to us by OnoD’s careless utterings, haha. Things he says without thinking tends to come true, but this one is a really big step because this product will be in regular convenience stores where the general public will see it. I hope it’ll be out by the end of November so I can pick some up in Japan!
