It was announced today that OnoD will be releasing a new mini album titled “Doors” on July 1st! It will include a DVD and since it is a mini album, it should have all new songs. We can expect him to sing them at this year’s OrePara. In addition to a new CD, it was also announced that OnoD will be holding his first one-man live “Unlimited Door” at Nippon Budoukan! It will be two days: January 16-17, 2016. Early ticket applications will be available with his new CD. The official page for “Project D” is available here.
Hooray!! We’ve all been waiting years for OnoD to have his own live. He hasn’t performed solo like this since the early release events for Hinemosu. He’s sure going big for his first though: Budoukan! It’ll be the same day as the UtaPri live so hopefully it’ll still be a full house. Either way, it’s sure to be a fun live.

The results for the 9th Annual Seiyuu Awards were announced this afternoon and the DGS combi won big!

Finally Dear Girl ~Stories~ is recognized for the Best Personality award! I’m honestly surprised it took this long. This is the second time OnoD has won the Best Male Actor Award (the first time was in 2010), and Kamiya continues his reign, garnering the most number of votes yet again this year. It has been 4 years since the Most Votes Award has been established and this is the fourth straight time Kamiya has won it. It’s pretty evident why the award is nicknamed the “Kamiya Hiroshi Award.”
A big congratulations to Kamiya and OnoD on their accomplishments!
The Best Personality and Best Actor/Best Actress Award recipients are expected to appear on tomorrow’s AniSpa! radio show. It will air Saturday at 21:00 on Chou! A&G+. A recording of the awards ceremony will also be shown on Chou! A&G+ on Sunday from 14:00-15:30 (during the Re: Hamatora event…).

As announced on the 400th episode of DGS, MOB will be holding a live tour in 2015! The tour will have stops in Kobe and Makuhari. Both performances will be two-day lives. A serial number for an advanced lottery will be included with their debut mini album which will be released on Wednesday.
